PSMHA Riders in the Park Event

The Prairie Storm Minor Hockey Association is proud to be hosting a fundraising event called Riders in the Park on Saturday, July 10. 
This event is open to the public and admission to this event will be $5.00/person.

The park area south of the soccer pitch on Great Plains Road, Emerald Park, will be where this event will be taking place. The festivities will begin at 3:00pm and will feature numerous kids’ activities, appearances from the Rider Cheerleaders, Rider Pep Band and Gainer the Gopher. 

We will also have Ian Giles of Emerald Park and his band The Breakdown, providing entertainment throughout the day until broadcast of the game.

The Riders vs BC Lions game on TSN will broadcast live at 8:00 on a massive inflatable video screen. Burgers and beverages will be available as well as a licensed beer garden.

We are excited about this initiative and believe it is positive for the surrounding community, Prairie Storm Minor Hockey and the profile of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. All funds raised in this event will go towards coach and player development.

Many local sponsors have also come forward to assist in this fantastic event, however, volunteers will be needed in various areas of this event in order to make it successful. 

Tickets can be purchased for $5.00 each at Okey Dokeys in White City, or  Choice Family Meats in Emerald Park.
