About the PSMHA
PSMHA is the governing body for minor hockey for the amalgamated area which includes the principle communities of:
Balgonie, Pilot Butte, White City/Emerald Park and surrounding areas that are located within the RM of Edenwold.
The purpose of PSMHA is to promote, govern and enhance hockey for the good of the players; to foster a community spirit
among members, supporters and teams; to increase the interest in the game of hockey in the PSMHA; and to promote team participation,
sportsmanship and equal opportunity to all registered participants relative to the game of ice hockey in the PSMHA.
PSMHA is governed by Hockey Canada / SHA Rules and Regulations. Additional provisions as permitted by those rules shall be
adopted as deemed necessary by the PSMHA Executive and the leagues with which we are involved. These additional provisions shall be
stated in the PSMHA Regulations and/or minutes of the Executive.
The PSMHA CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS

The Prairie Storm Minor Hockey teams play and practice in the arenas of our local communities of Balgonie, Emerald Park, and Pilot Butte. We enjoy a great working relationship with all the local volunteer recreation boards and the board of directors at Communiskate. Because of the major blocks of ice that is rented from these arenas, and the community support that is shown to the arena kitchen staff, the Prairie Storm teams and families take great pride in calling these rinks "home".
