Welcome to all the PSMHA Team Managers / Treasurers Webpage.
Here, you will be able to access information to make your time volunteering as a Team Official a little more rewarding, and less stressful!
In order to establish a Team Bank Account, please use this PSMHA Bank Authorization Form.
As a Team Manager, you will have already been given login credentials to be able to set up and maintain the webpage for your respective teams.
If you need the PSMHA web admin passwords for your team, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When adding your team's game schedule, it may save you time to use the "Upload Schedule File" feature in your Schedule Tools menu of the Team's Control Panel. Before you start, ensure that your schedule is formatted in a comma delimited .csv file format. Please use the Schedule File Upload Template. You should also check that you have the proper teams appearing in your schedule by going to : Schedule Tools\Edit Details for Regular Season Games\ the select the teams to appear in this Schedule (at the bottom of the page).
To Prepare your team for the HRI Gamesheets, please use this file called, "How to make Gamesheet Labels"
ALSO, Hockey Regina would also like us to be reporting the Game Sheet Summaries, for all the Home Games that are played at PSMHA.
You will be requiring a HRI username and password (separate from the PSMHA usernames).
If you see something that you like on a different team's website, a simple courtesy call or email to that team's Manager would be all that is needed to ask how they created it.
