Volunteers Needed
The Prairie Storm Minor Hockey Association is proud to be hosting a fundraising event on July 10 from 3:00pm-1:00am in Emerald
Park~White City called Riders in the Park. So far this event is developing very well however, in order to make this a huge success we will
need some help from you. We are now looking for volunteers to work this event and will need help in the areas of serving drinks, working the
gate, monitoring some children's events, working security, setting up the event and cleaning up after the event.
We have raised and will continue to raise a fair amount of money from this event with all proceeds going directly to our association. Your
support is needed and appreciated.

Sponsorship Packages
The Prairie Storm Minor Hockey Association (PSMHA) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote, govern and enhance hockey for the
good of the players; to foster a community spirit among members, supporters and teams; to increase the interest in the game of hockey, promote
team participation, sportsmanship and equal opportunity to all registered participants relative to the game of ice hockey in the PSMHA.
Our association is made up of players from the communities of Balgonie, Pilot Butte, White City/Emerald Park and surrounding areas. We currently
have over 30 hockey teams consisting of 500+ kids playing hockey on teams from initiation (under 6 years old) to Midget (15-17 years old).
This year the PSMHA is hosting a fund-raising event called Riders in the Park 2010. This event will be held on July 10, 2010 from 3:00pm until 1:
00am.
The PSMHA would like your support and to consider being a Sponsor for this event. The Sponsorship packages and contribution is outlined for your
review and will include a profile tailored to your needs including:
· corporate space to promote your company in Emerald
Park for game day
· pre-game day promotion and day of game on site radio

All proceeds of this event will go towards PSMHA Player and Coaching Development.
Riders in the Park Event Sponsorship Packages
#1 - Community Booster / Hospitality Package - $300
Includes $100 of event tickets (20 tickets) and $200 food and beverage tokens, as well as generic minimal on site radio exposure via Rawlco radio
for advertising.
#2 Local Business Exposure Program - $500
On-site opportunity to place signage and inclusion of logo on big screen during event, include logo on pre-event promotional poster.

On-site space for sponsor’s corporate promotional booth and corporate banners.
PSMHA Presents the 2010 Riders in the Park Event
The Prairie Storm Minor Hockey Association is proud to be hosting a fundraising event called Riders in the Park on Saturday, July 10.
This event is open to the public and admission to this event will be $5.00/person.
The park area south of the soccer pitch on Great Plains Road will be where this event will be taking place. The festivities will begin at 3:00pm
and will feature numerous kids’ activities, appearances from the Rider Cheerleaders, Rider Pep Band and Gainer. We will also have Ian Giles of
Emerald Park and his band The Breakdown, providing entertainment throughout the day until broadcast of the game. The game will broadcast live at
8:00 on a massive inflatable video screen. Burgers and beverages will be available as well as a licensed beer garden.
An initial supply of tickets will be available for purchase on registration nights. Watch www.psmha.ca and your emails for more specific details to this
event over the next couple of weeks.
We are excited about this initiative and believe it is positive for the surrounding community, Prairie Storm Minor Hockey and the profile of the
Saskatchewan Roughriders. All funds raised in this event will go towards coach and player development.
We will need numerous volunteers to help out in the various areas of this event in order to make it successful. We are hoping to attract some
sponsorship for this event. If you or anyone you know would like to be a sponsor, we have some different packages available.
